Process

A clear path from idea to finished product.

We define the product, price, sample, and timeline before production starts, so there are fewer surprises later.

01 How It Works

How a project comes together.

Four steps. Each ends with something you can hold us to.

Project studied

We get the full picture first.

We study the audience, budget, deadline, use case, and brand standard before choosing the product.

Product defined

Then we define the product.

We confirm the product, material, branding, quantity, price, and timeline. Every number is in writing before anything is made: price, quantity, timeline, and sample cost.

  • You get: Written plan

Sample approved

You approve a real version.

You sign off a real sample before production starts. The sample is ready within one to three weeks, and what you approve is what you receive.

  • You get: Approved sample

Production delivered

Then we produce and deliver.

Production follows the approved sample and the agreed delivery date. Typically two to four weeks, with delivery included.

  • You get: Finished product

02 Before approval

Clear before anything is made.

Price, timing, and production standards are agreed before you commit.

  • 01

    No vague quote.

The quote shows the product, branding, packaging, and delivery before approval.

  • 02

    Real timelines, not hopeful ones.

We tell you what is realistic before you commit, especially for apparel, packaging, and full kits.

  • 03

We tell you if it will not work.

If a product, budget, or timeline is not realistic, we say so up front instead of overpromising.

03 FAQ

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum orders at Merchna typically start between 30 and 100 units depending on the product. Sportswear like jerseys and shorts starts at 30 pieces, and some items can be produced from a single piece when a project calls for it. Minimums apply per product, not per order, so a set with three different products has a minimum for each one. If your quantity is below the minimum, we say so directly and suggest the closest product that works.

How much does custom merchandise cost?

Merchna prices custom merchandise per unit, based on three things: the product, the quantity, and the decoration method, with the exact price confirmed in writing before anything is produced. Price per unit drops as quantity rises, which is why we ask for your target quantity and budget in the first message. If your budget is fixed, we build the best product around it or tell you honestly that it will not work. A deposit may be required to start production; it is agreed in writing with everything else.

How long does a custom project take?

A typical Merchna project takes three to seven weeks in total: one to three weeks for a real sample, then two to four weeks for production and delivery after approval. You approve the sample in hand or over photos and video, whichever works for you. The exact timeline depends on the product and quantity. Timelines are confirmed in writing before anything is made, and production follows the agreed delivery date.

We have a fixed event date. Can you meet it?

Tell us the date in your first message. We plan production around fixed dates, and we will tell you honestly, before anything is agreed, whether your date is realistic. Once the product and quantity are agreed, we confirm in writing whether your date fits inside our standard one to three week sample and two to four week production window.

What branding and printing methods do you offer?

Every major decoration method is available at Merchna, including embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer, debossing, engraving, and jacquard. The right method depends on the product and the design: embroidery suits caps and heavier fabrics, sublimation suits full colour sportswear, and screen printing suits large flat prints. We recommend the method at the product defined step and confirm it in writing, so you know exactly how your branding will be applied before a sample is made.

Can you start from a rough idea?

A rough idea is enough to start: Merchna takes a design from A to Z: a sketch, a reference photo, or a plain description, through to final artwork ready for production. If you already have a logo or brand guidelines, we build around them. You approve the design before a sample is made, and you approve a real sample before production begins.

Do you work outside Lebanon?

Merchna is based in Beirut and delivers across Lebanon and worldwide, with delivery included in your quoted price. Quotes reflect your delivery destination, and every order follows the same process wherever it ships: product defined in writing, a real sample approved, then production and delivery on the agreed date.

How much does a sample cost?

Samples are paid, and the cost depends on the product and the order. The sample cost is confirmed in writing at the product defined step, together with the unit price, quantity, and timeline, so you know every number before anything is made. What you approve in the sample is what you receive in production.

Can you work to a fixed budget?

Merchna builds the best product around a fixed budget when you share it up front, or tells you honestly if it will not work. Price per unit depends on quantity and decoration method, so a fixed budget usually means choosing between quantity and complexity. We lay out those options before you commit.
