Terms

Every Merchna project is confirmed in writing before production: product, material, decoration, quantity, unit price, sample cost, and delivery date. Nothing is made before you approve.

Samples are paid and their cost is agreed in advance. A deposit may be required to start production; the amount is agreed in writing per order.

Production follows the approved sample; what you approve is what you receive. Delivery dates are agreed in writing and delivery is included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise.

You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us; your artwork remains yours. Merchna may photograph produced work for its own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
